Where's my stuff?
For digital downloads, you'll get an email with a link to download your purchases. The email should arrive within a few minutes.
For CDs, orders via PayPal ship within 7 business days of purchase. The amount of time it takes for the package to arrive will vary, so expect 1-2 weeks for the continental US and Canada, and 3-4 weeks for international orders. If you think your order got lost, send me an email.
I didn't get my download link!
It usually only takes a few minutes, but on rare occassions it can take up to an hour or more for the process to complete. If you don't get your link within a few hours, email me and I'll try to fix it.
Where else can I buy your music?
Amazon, iTunes and more. Check out the Store page to see other store options. Prices may vary.
Can I return my CD for a refund?
Yes. Just return the CD and original packing slip to the return address on the envelope. Your PayPal account will be credited when I receive the CD. NOTE: if you bought the CD through CD Baby, Amazon or another store, please contact them for return and refund information.
Can I share the MP3 files with others?
Yes. All MP3 content is licensed under a Creative Commons license. Click here to view the license summary.
